Data protection

Attorney Geissler has been with RDP since January 2018 in the Data Protection / IT department.

He supports companies in all areas of data protection. His consulting activities include the contractual arrangements in data protection (order processing agreements, joint control, EU standard data protection agreements), all topics of employee data protection and the training of employees as well as competition law aspects in these areas.

IT Law

In IT law, Mr. Geissler advises our clients on the legally compliant design of online projects and websites, as well as on all issues relating to the use of social media and evaluation platforms. Further focal points of his activities are the legal support of IT projects from the drafting of contracts to the judicial enforcement of rights.
